Emily Moore was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. One of five children she discovered her passion for theater, dance, music and fashion at a young age. At eight years old she joined the drama class offered at her elementary school and studied ballet, Jazz, & modern dance. She also discovered that she liked to sew on her mother's sewing machine. She created her own fashions designs and costumes for neighborhood talent shows as well as her Mom's dance company Kaleidoscope. During high school she participated in the Totino-Grace's award winning Dance team and show choir. Emily graduated with a BA in Theater with an emphasis in Music from the College of St. Benedict/St. Johns University. Her college costume classes reinforced her love of sewing and creating fashions. She also discovered she had a knack with make-up. Part-time jobs with cosmetic companies enhanced her skills with make-up. Since college graduation she has performed locally in the Minneapolis theater scene such as-- The Narrator in JOSEPH AND THE TECHNICOLOR DREAM COAT (Youth Performance Co.), Zaneeta in THE MUSIC MAN (Riverside Theater), GIANNI SENT ME, and a Soloist/dancer in VIXEN'S A SEXY BAD GIRL REVUE (The Loring Playhouse).

Using clothes from the many thrift stores in the Los Angeles area, Emily created many upscale looks at a very low cost. Many friends asked for her advice on how to reinvent their wardrobe on a tight budget. This gave Emily the confidence to offer her fashion and make-up skills to everyone who sought her talent.
